Design Notes
It has been designed changing the T in 207 for a C to delete the BsaI site and adding to the CDS sequence: GCGCCGTCTCGCTCGA upstream and GCTTTGAGCGAGACGGCGC downstream. These sequences allow the assembly of the part into BBa_P10500 with a Golden Gate reaction using BsmbI endonuclease.
